Welcome to the Watch World Referral Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
The Watch World Referral Program allows existing customers to invite friends and family to shop at Watch World. Both the referrer and the referred customer may receive rewards when the referral requirements are successfully completed.
2. How the Referral Program Works
1. An existing Watch World customer ("Referrer") receives a unique referral link.
2. The Referrer shares the referral link with friends, family members, or other potential customers.
3. A new customer ("Referred Customer") must use the referral link to visit Watch World and create an account.
4. Upon successful account registration, the Referred Customer may receive a discount coupon or promotional reward as determined by Watch World.
5. After the Referred Customer places and successfully completes their first eligible order, the Referrer will receive the referral reward in their Watch World Wallet.
3. Referral Rewards
• The reward amount will be determined by Watch World and may vary from time to time.
• Reward values, promotional offers, and eligibility criteria may be modified without prior notice.
• Referral rewards are credited only after all qualifying conditions have been met.
• Rewards are not guaranteed until they are successfully credited to the customer's account.
4. Watch World Wallet
• Referral rewards earned by the Referrer will be credited to their Watch World Wallet.
• Wallet balances can only be used for purchases made on Watch World.
• Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed outside the website.
• Wallet funds may only be applied during checkout subject to any applicable limitations.
• Watch World reserves the right to impose minimum purchase requirements or usage restrictions on wallet balances.
5. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for referral rewards:
• The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has not previously created an account with Watch World.
• The Referred Customer must register through the Referrer's unique referral link.
• The Referred Customer must complete a qualifying purchase in accordance with the program requirements.
• Both the Referrer and Referred Customer must maintain valid customer accounts.
6. Referral Coupon Usage
• Referral coupons may be applied only to eligible orders.
• Coupons may be subject to expiration dates.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• Only one referral coupon may be used per eligible order unless otherwise stated.
• Additional promotional restrictions may apply.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain referral rewards.
• Referring yourself using alternate accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, or identities.
• Using fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive methods to obtain referral rewards.
• Sharing referral links through spam, unauthorized advertisements, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Attempting to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the referral system.
Any violation may result in:
• Cancellation of referral rewards.
• Removal of wallet balances obtained through abuse.
• Suspension or termination of customer accounts.
• Disqualification from future participation in the referral program.
8. Reward Approval and Verification
Watch World reserves the right to review, verify, approve, delay, reject, or cancel any referral reward if suspicious, fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible activity is detected.
Referral rewards may be withheld until all verification checks have been successfully completed.
9. Program Changes
Watch World reserves the right to:
• Modify the referral reward amount.
• Change eligibility requirements.
• Add or remove program features.
• Suspend, terminate, or replace the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will become effective upon publication on the website.
10. Limitation of Liability
Watch World shall not be responsible for:
• Lost, delayed, invalid, or untracked referral links.
• Technical issues affecting referral tracking.
• Delays in reward processing.
• Any losses arising from participation in the referral program.
11. Final Decision
All decisions made by Watch World regarding referral eligibility, reward issuance, wallet credits, account verification, and program administration shall be final and binding.

13. Reward Expiry
• Referral rewards credited to the Watch World Wallet may be subject to an expiry period as determined by Watch World.
• Any unused rewards remaining after the expiry date may be automatically removed from the Wallet without compensation.
• Expiry periods, if applicable, will be communicated within the customer's account or promotional materials.
14. Minimum Order Value
• Referral rewards will only be granted when the Referred Customer places an eligible order that meets the minimum order value specified by Watch World.
• The minimum qualifying order value may be changed at any time without prior notice.
• Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, and other excluded items may not count toward the minimum order value requirement.
15. Returned or Cancelled Orders
• Referral rewards will not be issued for orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, or otherwise reversed.
• If a referral reward has already been credited for an order that is later cancelled or refunded, Watch World reserves the right to remove or reverse the reward from the Referrer's Wallet.
• Abuse of return or refund policies may result in disqualification from the referral program.
16. Geographic Restrictions
• The Referral Program may only be available in selected countries or regions where Watch World operates.
• Watch World reserves the right to limit, restrict, or exclude participation based on geographic location.
• Referral rewards may not be available where prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
17. Account Closure
• If a customer closes their account, or if an account is suspended or terminated for any reason, any unused referral rewards or Wallet balances associated with the account may be forfeited.
• Watch World shall not be liable for any loss of rewards resulting from account closure, suspension, or termination.
18. Privacy Statement
• Participation in the Referral Program is subject to Watch World's Privacy Policy.
• Information collected through the referral process will be used solely for administering the referral program, verifying eligibility, preventing fraud, and providing rewards.
• Customers must ensure that any person they refer is informed about the referral invitation in accordance with applicable privacy and marketing laws.
• Watch World will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
