2. Delivery Policy

Watch World processes and dispatches orders within the estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.

Watch World is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, courier issues, or events beyond our control.

3. Returns and Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Product must include original packaging, tags, warranty card, manuals, and accessories

• Proof of purchase is required

• Product must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, alteration, or repair

All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.

Items purchased during promotions, clearance sales, customized products, or marked non-returnable may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of returned items.

Approved refunds:

• Will be returned to the original payment method

• May take additional time depending on banks or payment providers

Watch World may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, fraud detection, or technical problems.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and return procedures will apply.
